You have the right to return any product you have purchased directly from our website within 100 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be received in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. Returns that are incomplete, with missing parts or damage, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All international returns are on a self-cost basis and are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be processed within 7 days. Please allow it to take up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your bank or credit card statements.

For International orders: Arrange and pay the return shipment with your preferred carrier and print return label. - 2. Repackage your items securely.
- 3. Cover or remove original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes on the package.
- 4. Affix the return label to the package.
- 5. Drop off the package at the carrier.
